"Feels like everything is already gone"
I keep checking thrifted.com, or at least I think I do every few days, and somehow the stuff I actually like is always sold out. It’s weird because I’ll see something cute, then realize the size is missing, or maybe it was there earlier and I just missed it. Either way, it starts to feel like I’m looking at the same picked-over pages again and again.
I signed up for restock alerts too, but I can’t tell if they’re late, not working, or if things are selling out before I even open the email. A couple times I thought something had come back, but by the time I clicked through, it was already gone, so who knows what the timing even was.
The site itself looks fine and it’s easy enough to browse, but the availability is really frustrating if you’re actually trying to buy something. Maybe I’m just checking at the wrong times, but it feels like the good items disappear before I ever get a real chance

"Sizing used to be better"
I ordered a medium, but it fits more like a tiny small. Frustrating, especially because the sizing used to be a lot more reliable

"International order was a mess"
I ordered from outside the UK and it turned into way more of a headache than I expected. The shipping took forever, the tracking barely updated, and by the time it finally showed up I wasn’t even excited about it anymore. I also tried reaching out to support, but the replies were really slow, and that part was weird because I just wanted a basic update. I definitely wouldn’t order internationally from them again.
"Return process was a bit frustrating"
The return steps were a little confusing, and I had to follow up twice before my refund was sorted out. To be fair, it did get resolved in the end, but the process took longer than I expected and could definitely be clearer.

Thrifted.com has a decent mix of stuff, and I do like that the site feels up to date with what people are wearing right now, cargos, branded sweatshirts, 90s-style pieces, that kind of thing. I’ve definitely seen a few items I’d actually consider buying.
That said, it feels a bit hit or miss. Some pieces look genuinely cool, but others seem kind of overhyped for the price, and from the photos I’m not always totally convinced about the quality or condition. It’s not a bad site, I’d just be a little picky before ordering.

"Not quite what I expected"
The shirt showed up looking a bit more worn than it did in the photos, and there was also a small stain, which was a bummer. I mean, the fit is okay and I still kind of like the style, but for the price I was expecting it to be in better shape. Just felt a little disappointing overall
"Search was frustrating, but I managed"
Shopping on the site was kind of a pain. The search kept pulling up random stuff, and the filters seemed to reset just when I thought I had it narrowed down. Finding the right sizes took longer than it should have, and the pages felt cluttered on my phone. I did eventually find a few things, so I guess it works, but it wasn’t exactly a smooth experience

"Felt overlooked and not worth the price"
I was disappointed. The prices feel way too high for second-hand stuff, and I ended up finding similar items cheaper elsewhere, even after delivery costs. I also kind of felt ignored as a customer, which made the whole experience more frustrating. Overall, it just didn’t feel like good value, and I regret ordering from here.

"Not as ethical as I hoped"
I really wanted to like Thrifted because I’m trying to shop more sustainably, and I was kind of in a rush when I ordered, so I just hoped it would be an easy win. But it didn’t feel that great. The prices seemed high for second hand items, and the packaging still felt more wasteful than I expected. I also couldn’t find much detail about where the clothes come from or how they check the quality. In the end it felt more like regular online shopping with a thrift label on it. Disappointing.

"I had a rough time trying to..."
I had a rough time trying to check out. I entered my payment details a few times, but it kept failing without giving me a clear reason. From my experience, when a payment issue happens, support needs to be quick and helpful, but they didn’t really do much to resolve it. I ended up feeling stuck and frustrated.
"Unexpected fees"
The order was fine, but the customs fees caught me off guard. Would’ve been nice to see that more clearly before checkout.

I find some really unique stuff here, which is fun, but the sizing was be all over the place sometimes. I like browsing, but you never really knows if something will fit right

I was just trying to update my email, the account page kept loading weird and made it way more frustrating than it needed to be. Support eventually got back to me, but it took a while and the answer wasn’t super clear. The site is fine for browsing around, but actually managing my account was kind of a pain.

For me, the selection felt limited. I searched for a bunch of brands I’m usually interested in, and most of them just weren’t there. Personally, it didn’t feel worth spending much time browsing.

"Shipping was a mess"
The shipping took way too long, and the tracking was basically useless most of the time. The package showed up late, and support didn’t really give me a clear answer either. Feels like they dropped the ball on this one, so I probably wouldn’t trust ordering from them again.

I tried using two different promo codes at checkout, and neither one went through. What’s the point of offering codes if they don’t actually work? I reached out to support hoping they could fix it, but they weren’t helpful at all.

I got my order yesterday, and most of the items were there when I unpacked everything. The only issue was that one shirt I was expecting didn’t make it into the package. Not a huge deal, but I noticed it right away since I had planned to wear it later this week.

The tracking barely updated for me, and when it did, it was usually late or confusing. It felt like it only worked when it wanted to, which made it hard to tell where my package actually was.

They did get back to me, no question about it, but it definitely took a while. I was basically 100% sure I’d be waiting longer than expected, and yep, that’s exactly what happened.

"Why is it so hard to send relevant emails?"
I signed up thinking the emails would show stuff similar to what I actually looked at, but that has not been the case at all. Most of the items are random, not my size, and not even close to my style. It feels like such a simple thing to get right, but somehow it just makes shopping more annoying. I ignored the emails for a bit, but they got old really fast. For me, the notifications just are not useful.
